I just wanted to write and let you know how grateful we are for the excellent way you conducted the auction of our property (Ideal Reel bldg. at 823 Harrison Street) on 9/4/2014. Even though the price was slightly less that we had hoped it would be, it was still a fair price during a very difficult time for any commercial property in the Paducah area. The old saying, 'Location, location, location' comes to mind. If we were in Hopkinsville, Murray, or even Benton the results probably would have been better, but it is what it is. You and your people did an excellent job and I don't believe that the property could have been presented or advertised any better. I just wanted to let you know what a fine impression you and your staff made and I would recommend you to anyone asking for a good, trusting auctioneer.
